LOS ANGELES – June 26, 2018 – Top commercial real estate broker, Paul R. Herman, announced the launch of his new brokerage firm, The Herman Company. With an emphasis in industrial real estate for the past 16 years, Herman is a commercial real estate broker with an expertise in both the landlord and tenant representation in both sales and leasing of commercial real estate. Additionally, he has experience in property management of industrial, office, and multi-family assets.
As a Los Angeles native, Herman has roots dating back to the postwar industrial boom in Southern California when his grandfather started an industrial brokerage firm in downtown Los Angeles in 1947. “My commitment is to build my brokerage firm on a tradition of putting relationships first, and always working in the best interest of our clients,” said Herman.
